Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Client Engagement – handle company-provided leads, follow up with prospects, understand requirements, and build strong client relationships.
- Sales Conversion – achieve monthly targets through effective pitching, property detailing, and requirement mapping.
- Project Presentation – present builder floors, villas, and residential projects (location, floor plans, amenities, pricing).
- Site Visits & Sales Conversion – coordinate visits, resolve queries, negotiate, and close sales.
- Customer Service – provide transparent support and guide clients through the purchase journey.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong persuasion and deal-closing skills; target-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication & presentation in English & Hindi.
- Local market understanding – Gurgaon trends and client mapping.
- Valid 2 & 4-wheeler driving license; proficient driving for site inspections.
- High professionalism, networking, and relationship-building skills.
