SKGP is co-founded by Mr. GP Yadav and Mr. Sanjeet Yadav. Mr. GP Yadav is an established hotelier with many ventures into real estate and construction. His life journey from a No-Man to a Show-Man is an inspiration and bible for his son, Mr. Sanjeet Yadav. Like father like son indeed, Mr. Sanjeet Yadav is a well-qualified MBA professional who started his professional career with campus placement in Citibank grabbing the highest package in the entire batch of Institute of Marketing and Management.
Driven by his quest to lead a set-up of his own, he quit the corporate job after a year to chase his entrepreneurial dream. He made his first venture into real estate with Saaz Developers Pvt. Ltd. which was incorporated on 3rd December 2014. Under his progressive leadership and sound knowledge of Gurgaon real estate, ‘Saaz’ being new kid in the block stood strong in real-estate meltdown phase from 2014-2016, triumphing against all adversities due to catastrophes like demonetization, real estate market crash, circle rate dip and so on. During this phase, he successfully delivered two builder floor projects in Ardee City viz. Park View I and Park View II. He also worked on various turnkey projects, interior designing projects, renovation of office and commercial spaces like revamp of FabHotel Gurgaon 6 in Ardee City, Gurgaon.
Even Inheriting its legacy from its parent company Saaz, ‘SKGP Mount Developers & Interiors Pvt. Ltd.’ was incorporated on 11th December 2017. Since inception, it has delivered eminent builder floor projects in key locations of Gurgaon like Ardee City, Vipul World, Espace, Nirvana Country etc starting from 1.5 Cr to 10 Cr.
